Hello Dixie, I just left you a rather long and I hope not too confusing voice mail about what I think is the reason you are having problems placing your order. I'm quite sure the problem is the US Postal Service (USPS) will not ship packages over 70lbs (4 x 18lbs = 72+ lbs). We break the orders up into more manageable weights staying well under the 70lb limit but our online process simply calculates the total weight. I apologize for your difficulties in placing an order. I will address the issue in our online process ASAP. In the mean time, please place multiple orders if the weight will be more than 70lbs or you can call us (919) 467-1973 or place a mail or fax order with our Thank you for your patience as we continue to work out the bugs in our new website. I just tried to call you but the connection seemed to get broken as soon as you picked up. I apologize for the problem you are experiencing placing your order. As near as I can guess without talking with you, the problem seems to be because you included the +4 numbers in the zip code field of your address. I have edited the +4 numbers out for you. I have tried 5 times to step thru the check out, b ut it will not take me to a billing screen. it seems to take me back to the shipping screen each time, but doesn’t indicate if I have entered something incorrectly.. guess I will come back tomorrow and try again. The boxes for info (name, address, etc.) are so similar in color to the background that it’s difficult to see where the box space starts. It would help to have the boxes outlined with a darker color so they stand out better.
