I'm quite sure the problem is the US Postal Service (USPS) will not ship packages over 70lbs (4 x 18lbs = 72+ lbs). We break the orders up into more manageable weights staying well under the 70lb limit but our online process simply calculates the total weight. I apologize for your difficulties in placing an order. I will address the issue in our online process ASAP.
