Refund & Return Policy
We pride ourselves on providing quality products and excellent customer service. We want you to be a completely satisfied customer, so if there is anything wrong with your order please contact us so we can correct the issue or be aware of your return.
We Guarantee our Products
If our buckwheat hulls or seeds have not met your expectations, you can return them. Simply return the item(s) within 10 business days for a refund or credit, less shipping costs. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Shipment
Returned items must be sent via an insured carrier. US Post Office or FedEx are our preferred shippers. Insuring your return allows us to track your package. If you are requesting an exchange, additional shipping fees and taxes may apply.
Please Note: We cannot accept CODs or Postage Due deliveries.
